Reservation of items is only valid upon receiving payment.
We will only issue credit voucher for return item. For cash refund will only apply for out of stock item

Any products report after 48 hours we are not liable for any reason.
Shipping fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
Item must be in original condition..(such as unwash, tag attached, no perfume smell, original plastic bag etc...)
Any sale item / discounts or voucher used are not applicable for return.
Self collection item must collect within 7 days from the ready for collection date in order cover by the 7 days return policy (eg: 1 Jan ready for collection and latest return date by 7 Jan)
For non sale item it can return within 7 days after received. (eg: delivered on 1 Jan and item must return by 7 Jan)
After return then we will credit you the product price and you can use it for purchase other sizes or even other design too.
*For hygiene reasons, strictly no refunds or exchanges on any panties, girdles and bra.
Once payment made, no cancellation of products.
Credit Voucher / Refund
We will take 3-5 working days to process the transaction.
Store credit are only valid for 1 year from the issue date.
For parcel uncollected for more than 1 months, it will be considered abandoned. We have the right to dispose it without further notice.
